We saw another Balanced month, however, this market with Buyer advantages is missing Buyers! This March, we saw a notable decrease in home sales – a 13.4% drop compared to March 2024. Despite this decrease, active listings have surged – providing Buyers with more inventory options! The benchmark price for all residential properties is now $1,190,900, a slight 0.6% decrease from March 2024.
